| O conceito de indústria global em estratégia internacional implica que - na maior parte dos setores modernos da economia - a sobrevivência de uma empresa está ligada a aquisição de parte importante do mercado mundial. Esta constatação é uma das explicações da concentração dos investimentos estrangeiros nos países da tríade formada por América do Norte, Europa e Japão, representando essas três regiões o essencial do mercado mundial. Neste artigo analisa-se as conseqüências da globalização das indústrias sobre as políticas tecnológicas dos novos países industrializados e define-se as condições de integração a esses mercados mundiais.

| The concept of global industry in international strategy implies that the survival of a corporation in most of the modern sectors of the economy is tied to the acquisition of a large share of the global market. This is one of the explanations for the repositioning and concentration of foreign investments in the Group of Three (North America, Europe, Japan). These three regions frequently represent the main global market. This article studies the consequences of the globalization of industries on the technological policies of the newly industrialized countries and outlines the conditions for their integration into these world markets.
