| O estudo procurou analisar elementos associados à formação de imagem de centros de pesquisa geradores de tecnologia de alimentos, de forma a alertar tais instituições para a necessidade de uma gerência de imagem eficaz. É parte de um projeto desenvolvido para o CTAA - Centro de Tecnologia Agroindustrial de AIimentos, da EMBRAPA.

| The paper analises the elements which are related to the building of the image of the Generating Research Institutes for Food Technology, in the way to warn these Institutes to the need of having an effective administration image. This study is part of a project which was carried out by the CTAA - Centro de Tecnologia Agroindustrial de Alimentos of EMBRAPA.
