Resumo
|
O propósito neste artigo é apresentar os resultados de um estudo feito na indústria têxtil brasileira no período de 1996 a 1998. Pretendeu-se identificar a situação financeira e o comportamento da liquidez das empresas têxteis nesse período. Adotou-se nesta pesquisa o modelo de administração financeira proposto por Fleuriet, Kehdy & Blanc (1978). Por esse modelo, é possível avaliar a liquidez e a estrutura financeira das empresas, o que demonstra a importância desse instrumento para verificar a posição financeira apresentada pelo negócio.

The purpose of this paper is to present the results of a study made in the Brazilian textile section in the period from 1996 to 1998. It intended to identify the financial situation and the behavior of the liquidity of the textile companies in this period. This research adopted the model of financial administration proposed by Fleuriet, Kehdy & Blanc (1978). Through this model, it is possible to evaluate the liquidity and the financing structure of the companies, what shows the importance of this instrument to verify the financial position presented by the business.
