Resumo

| O presente artigo tem por objetivo orientar uma aplicação da teoria de hierarquização das decisões na Função Pessoal. A partir da teoria apresentada anteriormente, procuramos definir uma política de pessoal diferenciada. Um problema importante é o da otimização das decisões, que envolve a definição de premissas sobre bases sólidas, que só poderão ser feitas com as informações geradas nas diversas camadas. Todos esses aspectos são abordados neste artigo.

The article is a sequencial work of the hierarchical decidon system, presented in the article published in this review, Vol. 13. number 3, The important aspect of the maximization of the decision process the emphasis on the activities of the personnel function.
We present a group of the generalizations that show the line of thinking by to be followed the manager in his real context.
We can not forget the efect existing between all these activities, since they are interrelated, and when we give emphasis on certain activities, it immediately reflects in another one closeIy related.
